* In case of Suntan items, please refer to the following care notice: ( LINK )
 
* Due to the characteristics of the material, there may be color difference caused by color dying.
 
* Due to the characteristics of Hanbok items, lots of hand sewing was involved and it may not look as clean as ones done with machine.
 
* In case of soiling, spot cleaning at professional dry cleaners is recommended.
  (Please do not dry clean the entire outfit from the beginning as it may harm the delicate hanbok fabric)

* Due to the characteristics of the making process and sale method, refund or exchange will not be allowed.

* There may be minor wrinkles on the outfit since it was put on the doll for display and is not subjected for refund or exchange.

* There will be no re-make up or touch up service for the makeup or scratches on body painting. 

* This item is pre-made and will be shipped within 1-2 days of order.

• If one wins the raffle but doesn't want to purchase, we will all have to go through re-raffle process so please think twice before you enter. Only enter if you are really willing to purchase.

 

• Since it is a limited release sale, if you do not make payment after ordering, you will be penalized.  

 It is order-made item and can not be canceled or refunded if you change your mind.
  Also if you do not make payment after ordering, you will be penalized. Please consider this matter when placing order.


We do not take layaway. If you only make partial payment, your order will be automatically canceled and the payment will be refunded.

When we receive overwhelming amount of orders at once, system error may occur.
If order was made due to this error, we will cancel the order without notice and we ask for your understandings.
Please restrain from over-refreshing the page.


SWITCH tries its best to come up with equal colored items.
However, due to the nature of material and depending on the period, there may be minor color differences in urethane skin tones.


We do not answer to the questions on whether our body itself or color is compatible to other company's products.
Due to the characteristic of urethane products, skin tone may differ depending on the manufactured period, condition
and company and also it is hard to tell whether certain parts will be compatible to others. We ask for your understanding in advance.


Body parts follow the same quality control as the head parts. For service, exchange or refund, please refer to the guide shown on the item description.

Following cases are not considered as defective as it is inevitable flaws originated from our manufacturing process.
These products are not eligible for exchange or control service:

- Flaws caused as characteristic of ball jointed dolls (step difference or asymetrical structure)
- Minor air pockets and scratches, spots and urethane stains.
- Parting line and gate hole stains caused when finishing up.
- Loose elastic tension
- Minor color differences between body parts.
- Color differences between optional parts and main parts from different orders.
- Impressions of sanding caused while removing the gates.
- Additional impressions of esthetics caused while removing the residues.
- Showing of fine dusts or bubbles.
- Detached head plates or magnets caused while transporting.

 

 

Our company follow a strict guideline for finishing up the product and also has very high quality standards. If you have any other questions, please inquire through the QNA board or 1:1 care center available on our website.

Body painting is done with airbrush and there may be spots or flow marks on the body.

Body painting is done by hand and therefore there will be slight differences between each product.

You may experience peeling of air brushed body coloring.
   We use utmost care when packing, but light scratches or dents may happen while shipping.


Hands and Feet coloring service will look darker than it may seem in the picture.
   This is because to get more stable and realistic colors in the photo, we darken the color bit more.

Changes in option after the submission of order is not available.
Method of payment or options may not be changed after you submit the order.
If you would like to change the option or method of payment, you will have to submit a new order.

Product update time may vary ±5 seconds depending on the system.
When overwhelming amount of orders are being placed in at same time, there may be systematic error in the site.

If an order goes through due to the system error, such order will be cancelled without notice. We ask for your understandings.

Payment must be completed in 2 days after the order. Outstanding orders are automatically canceled.
Example) June 12 order -> payment deadline June 13

 If you would like to use money order as form of payment, you must send us the tracking number for money order after you send it out within 3-4 days of placement of order.

If you choose to pay with money order and do not follow through, your account may be placed with penalty for future purchase.


Item color may vary on different monitors. 

 
1. All orders are shipped through EMS. If you have request regarding the customs, please let us know in the 'etc' section. (ex: Please mark my package as gift and value at $80) Unless there is special request from customer, all packages will be marked with true value.
However, if the package is marked with value lower than its true value due to customer's request and has been damaged or lost, there may be differences in value and the period for compensation. Please check our exchange and refund policy before you make the decision.
 
2. Pre-order items are generally shipped within 55 business days from the date order is received. However, it may be delayed 5-10 business days depending on our manufacturing facility condition or other matters. SWITCH tries to bring you the item as quick as possible and we ask for your understanding.
Items those are not pre-ordered will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the payment has been made.
 
3. Please inquire through the QnA board or 1:1 care regarding combined shipping.
 
4. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order regarding the exchange of defected products. We destroy the molds for limited pre-order items after certain period and due to this reason exchange may not be available if it has been too long since your purchase. Therefore if there you find any flaws or defects, please contact us immediately. Shipping for service or exchange for defected products are paid by SWITCH.
1. Due to the nature of pre-ordered items, refund is not available unless the item is defective.
 
2. If you request refund for your defective item, descriptive explanation will be very helpful for giving you quick response and confirmation of defect. If you find any flaws or defects, please send us a photo so we can confirm. Any fees occured through process of refund will be paid by SWITCH.
 
3. In case of refund due to the defective item, our refund policy does not extend to include any psychological damages.
 
4. Refund will be made only after the defective item is received by our company. We ask for your understanding.
 
5. In case of refund for defective item, any accessories or items included in the original package must be returned. If any original item is missing or lost its value, we may not be able to give you full refund.
 
6. If item is damaged by customer's fault, it can not be refunded. (ex: Customer has dropped and the item has broken or damaged) If item was damaged while shipping, refund will be made under the EMS compensation policy. However, if customer has requested to mark the value of item under its true value, under the EMS compensation policy, you will be compensated with how much ever value you requested to mark and there may be differences in the value and period for refund. Please contact us first regarding this matter.
 
7. Refund will be made to the same matter of payment you have ordered with. If you ordered with credit card, your payment will be cancelled. If you paid with PayPal, it will be refunded through PayPal. We can not send money to PayPal account different from the account you used to pay with.
