Notes for wig products.
· When placing your order, please choose the wig color in the option window.
We cannot change the options after the order, so please make sure that you have selected the correct wig color before placing the final order.
· In case of wig products, the wig cap may show depending on the style of the wig, and minor differences may appear in the wig size and cutting condition due to the nature of our handmade wigs. We cannot accommodate a refund or exchange of the wig products due to such condition(s).
· Each wig may appear different depending on the way you style it.
· As a common feature of high temperature string, some hairs in the wig may become tangled. Gently hold the wig net and shake it several times or use your fingers to softly untangle it from the crown of the head for reviving the desired style.
· The specifications such as tag, case etc. included in the wig may be different depending on the conditions of the production.
· Depending on your internet connection, items may be updated with +/- of 30 seconds differences.
· In case we receive a large number of orders simultaneously, a system error may occur.
Please understand that any purchase orders processed due to error may be cancelled by SWITCH at our discretion.
· Colors shown on your monitor may be slightly different from the real product depending on your monitor settings.
· It is order-made item and cannot be canceled or refunded if you change your mind.
Also if you do not make payment after placing your order, you will be penalized (e.g., your future orders may be refused). Please consider this matter when placing order.
· Requests for changes in the options after the submission of your order will not be accepted.
Method of payment or request for new options may not be changed after you submit the order.
If you would like to change the option(s) selected or method of payment, you will have to submit a new order.
· Pre-order items are generally shipped within 70 business days from the date your order is received. However, your order may be delayed due to natural disaster or dramatic changes in weather; we ask for your understanding beforehand.
· We require payments in full. If you only make partial payment, your order will be automatically canceled and the payment will be refunded.
· If the payment is not made within the payment term, your order will be automatically cancelled.
· If you have special request such as changing the address, bundle delivery, etc., 3-5 business days may be added for the delivery preparation period.
· Since it is a limited release sale, if you do not make prompt payment after placing your order, you will be penalized.

· Shipment may in transit before given estimated delivery date.
If you are unable to receive shipment due to long-term absence or moving, please inform us via 1:1 Care Center.
· The delivery charge may change in accordance with the then-current exchange rate.
