Monthly System

From 1st to 5th day in each month, you may order the SWITCH Humming Dolly Body Parts. 

- How to order: 1st (11:00 KOR) to 5th (11:00 KOR) on each month, limited period order
- Payment due: 1st (11:00 KOR) to 5th (11:00 KOR) on each month, same as ordering period.
- Order option: Powder Beige skin / Rosy White skin / Milktea Rose skin
- Preparation period: From 6th of the month, it is expected to take 50-60 business days.

※ This item is optional body parts. Head shown in the picture is not included.
※ When you order optional parts, there may be minimal color differences between the part and main body. This is not subjected for cancel, refund or exchange.

Notice regarding Optional Makeup

· There will be no re-make up service for the makeup.
· Due to the characteristics of hand work on special makeup, there may be slight differences from each doll to doll. Such reasons as asymmetry in makeup or details are not subjected for exchange, after service or refund.
· You may experience peeling of the makeup.
  We use utmost care when packing, but light scratches or dents may happen while shipping. 
· If you have requested Makeup option, it may take additional 20 business days.

Warning regarding the Milktea Rose Skin



1. Following conditions may appear due to the characteristics of the special skin:

A) Spots / Marbling : These markings may show when resin colors are combined and it is not considered as damage or faulty.
B) Micro dusts / Micro air pocket : In case of special skin, micro dusts are not considered as damage of faulty.
C) Gate / Parting line : Gate removal trace or wide parting lines are not considered as damage and not
    subjected for A/S due to the characteristics of special skin.
D) Micro scratches / Scratches : Minor scratches, scratches and markings occurred during shipping are not considered as damage or faulty.
E) Color difference occurred while moving parts: Due to the characteristics of special skin, the parts around joints may get discolor due to scratches and these are not considered as damage or faulty.
F) The color differences between the head and body or different parts are not considered as damage or faulty. We ask for your understandings.
* However, when the case A/B/C are apparent on the front face of the doll, it may be exchanged or get A/S.

2. In the case of tanning there are some unavoidable flaws when manufacturing.
   The standard criteria and manufacturing process are different from previously made normal and white skins and we ask for your understanding.

3. When storing the special skin items, please be careful of the following conditions:
A) Please avoid the high temperature and high humidity.
    When the inside temperature is high in summer please use appropriate air conditioning and store in a cool place.
B) We are using the UV protect material but please try not to expose to the direct sunlight.
C) Our company's newly developed tanning skin is engineered to get lightened instead of turning green like existing skins.
    However, discoloration may occur in different forms depending on the condition of storing, exposure and other factors and we ask for your understandings.
(ex) Exposure to paint thinner, exposure to outside sunlight for long period in locations like California, contact with unapproved chemicals.
D) Due to the characteristics of the special skin, you can not correct the scratches with sand paper. When small dents or scratches are occurred, please maintain it with cleansing and removing the fragments.

ATTENTION

· Since it is a limited release sale, if you do not make payment after ordering, you will be penalized.
 Please consider others who wants to order.

· It is order-made item and can not be canceled or refunded if you change your mind. 
  Also if you do not make payment after ordering, you will be penalized. Please consider this matter when placing order.

· Depending on the system, items may be updated with +/- of 5 seconds differences.

· When we receive overwheming amount of orders at once, system error may occur. 
If order was made due to this error, we will cancel the order without notice and we ask for your understandings.
Please restrain from over-refreshing the page.

· We do not accept requests or questions regarding the promotional makeup in the photo. 

 

 




 

1. All orders are shipped through EMS. If you have request regarding the customs, please let us know in the 'etc' section. (ex: Please mark my package as gift and value at $80) Unless there is special request from customer, all packages will be marked with true value.
However, if the package is marked with value lower than its true value due to customer's request and has been damaged or lost, there may be differences in value and the period for compensation. Please check our exchange and refund policy before you make the decision.
 
2. Pre-order items are generally shipped within 55 business days from the date order is received. However, it may be delayed 5-10 business days depending on our manufacturing facility condition or other matters. SWITCH tries to bring you the item as quick as possible and we ask for your understanding.
Items those are not pre-ordered will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the payment has been made.
 
3. Please inquire through the QnA board or 1:1 care regarding combined shipping.
 
4. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order regarding the exchange of defected products. We destroy the molds for limited pre-order items after certain period and due to this reason exchange may not be available if it has been too long since your purchase. Therefore if there you find any flaws or defects, please contact us immediately. Shipping for service or exchange for defected products are paid by SWITCH.
1. Due to the nature of pre-ordered items, refund is not available unless the item is defective.
 
2. If you request refund for your defective item, descriptive explanation will be very helpful for giving you quick response and confirmation of defect. If you find any flaws or defects, please send us a photo so we can confirm. Any fees occured through process of refund will be paid by SWITCH.
 
3. In case of refund due to the defective item, our refund policy does not extend to include any psychological damages.
 
4. Refund will be made only after the defective item is received by our company. We ask for your understanding.
 
5. In case of refund for defective item, any accessories or items included in the original package must be returned. If any original item is missing or lost its value, we may not be able to give you full refund.
 
6. If item is damaged by customer's fault, it can not be refunded. (ex: Customer has dropped and the item has broken or damaged) If item was damaged while shipping, refund will be made under the EMS compensation policy. However, if customer has requested to mark the value of item under its true value, under the EMS compensation policy, you will be compensated with how much ever value you requested to mark and there may be differences in the value and period for refund. Please contact us first regarding this matter.
 
7. Refund will be made to the same matter of payment you have ordered with. If you ordered with credit card, your payment will be cancelled. If you paid with PayPal, it will be refunded through PayPal. We can not send money to PayPal account different from the account you used to pay with.
